A scalable and differentiated customer experience is at the heart of ASCENZA's digital transformation, which has NTT DATA as partner. 

ASCENZA's case will be presented at the 'Salesforce World Tour Essentials Lisbon' event tomorrow, 30 May, at the Lisbon Congress Centre. 

Within the framework of its strategic objective - the development of balanced agricultural solutions to support a healthy and sustainable food system - ASCENZA has been working on the differentiation of the customer experience, by focusing on the digital relationship. 

This digital pathway is being implemented in partnership with NTT DATA, one of the 10 largest IT services companies in the world, and with the global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Salesforce

ASCENZA has been investing in different technological tools, which enable it to get know better its customers, speed up digital communication and provide them with relevant and exclusive information tailored to customers' needs and expectations. ASCENZA France is leading this transformation, where customers can already access the new Reserved Area on ascenza.fr. In the future, all countries where the company is present will implement this digital path.

ASCENZA's case will be presented at the 'Salesforce World Tour Essentials Lisbon', tomorrow, 30 May, in the panel 'Customer Centricity, your most important competitive factor' together with NTT DATA. The event, which will take place at the Lisbon Congress Centre, aims to bring together all those interested in deepening their digital transformation strategies.
